We ship our Australian orders with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking details so that you can track your parcel with the respective courier company.
We also ship worldwide. Our international packages are sent with either Fedex or Australia post and can take between 5-15 working days to be received. We ship from Northern NSW.
Please note that delivery timeframes are approximate and may vary based on time of delivery.
We ship orders daily. For those orders with all products in stock, and do not have any items with a listed processing time, you can expect your order to be dispatched within 2 business days*. Once your order is shipped we take no responsibility for delays that may occur as a result of our Couriers.
Australia Wide Standard: We offer free postage for all orders over $100 inside Australia. For all orders under this amount we have a flat rate shipping price of $9.95.
Australia Wide Express: We offer express postage services for $14.95
Worldwide Standard : We offer worldwide standard shipping only for all orders. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 for all international orders. Customers are responsible for all import duty and tax requirements.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes exchanges and returns are necessary. We welcome returns or exchanges within 7 days of receival. Please contact us via email or message email@example.com to arrange a return or exchange. Your products must be received by us in new unwashed condition with its original packaging and tags in place. We are not able to exchange or refund any products that have been unpackaged and washed. Postage must be covered by you for all returns and exchanges. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return or exchange.
