Can I track My Shipping?

Yes! Once we have shipped your order we will send you an email with all the tracking details. You can also log into your Snuggly Jacks Account and track all deliveries from there.

When will my order be shipped?

We try to dispatch all orders within 1-2 Business Days of receiving them. Please note that during sales periods this may be pushed out slightly.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We love seeing our products stocked in your beautiful stores. You can apply for a wholesale account here.

What does Oeko-tex certified mean?

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® means that our products have been tested for harmful substances and chemicals. This certification means that our products are free from harmful chemicals and safe for your little ones and you to use.

Oops I put the wrong addres. How do I change it?

You can contact us by email hello@snugglyjacks.com.au and we can arrange the change of address for you. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure the order hasn't been shipped.

What do I do if a product is out of stock?

We try so hard for our items to be in stock and available at all times, but unfortunately we rely on couriers and freight that can sometimes have massive delays. Pop your email into our 'notify me' section and we will email as soon as they have arrived back.

What colours work with the print I am choosing?

We love creating nurseries! You can either 'SHOP THE LOOK' at the bottom of each product page, or you can reach out via email hello@snugglyjacks.com.au to us and we can help you design your nursery!
