Postage is provided package post by Australia Post. All items come with tracking numbers and once shipped are at the hands of Australia Post. For missing or lost packages please contact Australia Post Customer Service with your tracking number. If you have further issues please do not hesitate to contact us. Postage does not include insurance, for added insurance please contact us directly and we can arrange this at an additional price.
Packages are posted in Waterproof Satchels. Pricing is subject to increases inline with Australia Post Package Parcel rates.

Current Processing time is up to 6 weeks, however we do everything in our power to get it to you sooner!
We accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving the package to arrange a change in size.
We do not accept returns for a simple change of mind. We do not accept returns on custom orders. All custom orders are final.
